## What guests say (Staylist AI overview of recent reviews)
Wonderful hospitality and a beautiful lake view anchor Hatago Nagomi — comfortable Western beds, delicious daily-changing dinners and breakfasts, and a smaller but genuine free-flowing hot spring whose water quality guests praise. Service stands out as kind and careful. Minor oddities: a slow door closer that needs a helping push, and one guest who found the suited manager slightly intimidating. Pick a clear day for the view.
