Хотя голодным остаться трудно. Супчики либо совсем пресные, либо очень острые. Морепродуктов много, но как их готовят мне не понравилось: показалось, что они полусырые. На четвертый день у меня были симптомы отравления, пролежала два дня, потом и у супруга тоже самое как раз под от’езд. Может, и ротавирус гуляет, уж очень симптомы одинаковые. С детским меню тоже все грустно, даже не представляю, что они едят кроме пончиков, фруктов и мороженого. На пляже негде сполоснуться, в том числе ноги от песка. Огромный минус для меня, это что в отеле (да и вообще в Санье) туристы это Русские и Казахи, кто-то поймёт, кто-то захейтит это. Все что в описании отеля сделано для галочки, это может понравится тем, кто будет сравнивать с отдыхом в России. В торговых центрах одни реплики. - 1/10, 2025-11-15, Nuitée booking guest: "Pire hôtel de notre voyage en Chine" Didn't like: Lors de notre arrivée, nous étions contents de découvrir notre chambre mais ensuite nous avons vite réalisé que c’était l’unique chose qui nous convenait. Cet hôtel est uniquement prévu pour des familles chinoises et russes. Il n’y a aucune ambiance, pas de musique, de jeux et animation - rien pour des adultes. Nous avons donc décidé de changer d’hôtel après moins d’un jour alors nous avons essayé de les contacter via la plate-forme (car à l’hôtel ils ne parlent pas anglais) et malgré un long message qui expliquait poliment pourquoi et une demande de refund, nous n’avons rien reçu comme réponse. Certes elle aurait pu être négative mais au moins un message. Cela montre bien de manque de considération et le service pauvre de cet hôtel. Nous sommes vraiment déçus car moins cher nous avons eu des hôtels bien plus accueillants et aimables. - 2/10, 2025-05-07, Nuitée booking guest: "The superior room for which you paid may be not given to you" Didn't like: I booked a superior room (with a slide for baby). I paid the price as per my booking and walked into the room, which was a downgrade room and not the one I booked. After I went down to reception to understand what is happening and why I was given a worse room as compared to the one for which I paid (at the moment of giving the keys reception was silent). The staff claimed hotel is fully booked and my room is occupied and I should stay in a downgrade room (1 night out of 3) without any proper compensation for downgrade. This was a ridiculous situation and after spending 3 hours at the reception desk wasting quite a bunch of nerves surprisingly out of the blue my room was not occupied and I was given the keys to move in. It is not the level of a 5 stars hotel and why my experience was spoiled if the room was empty?
