The soundproofing is terrible. Staying on the ground floor, I could hear people in the lobby playing music on their phones, talking, and other guests chatting and moving around in the corridor as if there were no doors. It was impossible to rest. 2. The guest room was not cleaned properly. There was hair in the bathroom drain, the slippers provided were dirty, and the kettle still had leftover water in it. When I asked the owner to replace it, the new kettle had limescale at the bottom. They also did not proactively provide bottled water. 3. I booked a twin room with two beds but was given a double room instead. The room was also not the advertised 35 square meters.
