- 3/10, 2026-09-01, Nuitée booking guest: "Horrible a fuire" Didn't like: Pour commencer aucun service pour la piscine il faut prendre sa serviette de toilette qui est dans la chambre et il ne donne pas d autre serviette pour info j était obliger de taper un scandale pour obtenir des serviettes pour me laver . Aucun bar restaurant proposer à l intérieur de cette hôtel je voulez prend un café le matin il mon dit faut que je prenne la formule petit déjeuner pour avoir un café . Obliger d aller à 500 mètre chaque matin pour avoir un café a l extérieur de l hôtel . C’est la première fois de ma vie que je voies cela je voyage beaucoup et j ai jamais vue ça bref personnel désagréable et qui comprend rien même avec un traducteur a fuir 385 pour 5 nuit c’est trop cher pour un hôtel comme ça avec zéro service ah oui j aime tester le petit déjeuner un jour de pluie il y a que de la nourriture chinoise et les jus son infecte 13 euro le petit déjeuner super cher

Sanya was a disappointment all round, made worse by location of hote" Didn't like: Location, weird pool layout, very few loungers, the lifts!! Wow mind of their own. Ongoing construction right next door ruined our holiday. No pool bar, no outside bar. Average breakfast.
- 2/10, 2026-06-19, Nuitée booking guest Didn't like: Расположение, в первую очередь. Отель расположен в стороне от центра Дадунхай. Что бы попасть в основные точки-нужно достаточно далеко пройти. Не имеет собственного пляжа, как и в целом любого пляжа поблизости. Приходилось ездить на такси на соседние пляжи, что бы дети покупались в море. Еда на завтраках однообразная, европейской мало, в основном китайская, быстро приедается. Кафе с нормальными ценами по близости так же нет, фруктовых ларьков нет, супермаркетов тоже, в отеле есть-но сильно дороже. Просила вернуть деньги за отель, что бы забронировать что то по-ближе к морю-нам отказали. Служба поддержки разбиралась очень долго, в итоге мы уже уехали. Однозначно не рекомендовала бы этот отель, если гораздо интереснее, с лучшим расположением и адекватнее по ценам. Цена за этот отель сильно завышена…
- 1/10, 2026-03-24, Nuitée booking guest Didn't like: Незнаю откуда столько положительных отзывов о отеле.Мне не понравилось от слова со всем.Приехали в 3 часа дня,администратор дала ключи от номера,мы брали с видом на море,а дали с видом хрен знает куда ,пошли менять номер ,сказали что еще не убрано ждите 1,5 часа🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️Завтраки так себе ,ребенку мало что можно найти.Слышимость в номере просто ужас,соседи моются в 5 утра ,у тебя все гудит,дети топают наверху в 6 утра ,как слоны.Пьяные соотечественники разговаривают в 12 ночи слышно даже о чем.Вчера вернулись в номер вечером вонь стояла страшная,видимо проблемы с канализацией.8 этаж.Расположение вроде бы ничего ,но вечером с детьми идти от центра дадунхая минут 20🫠Приеду ли я еще раз НЕТ.А что твориться на пляже 🤣🤣Геленджик отдыхает,полоса узкая,все лежат друг на друге🤦🏻‍♀️курят тебе в лицо .До этого были на Ялонге,друзья это небо и земля.Подумайте 100 раз.Первый раз пишу отзыв об отеле ,но это реально треш.

Amikor valaki 1300euro-t kifizet a szallasra, azt gondolom hogy 4 oraval kesobbi kicsekkolasert felarat kerni finoman szolva is..... nem felhasznalobarat. Egesz ittartozkodasunk soran azt ereztuk hogy mindenre van egy kulon szabaly ami miatt plusz penzt akarnak szedni. Tekintve hogy este megyunk el innen kertunk egy vacsorat indulas elott. Mivel a booking.com-on nem lehet csak vacsorat kerni, a szalloda rogton a ketszereset akarta szamolni, azzal az indokkal hogy nem online foglalas eseten nem adja meg az eredeti arat amit egyebkent 11 napon keresztul igen. Egyszoval a szalloda NEM vendegbarat, a jovoben (mert jovunk meg ide) elkeruljuk ezt a hotel es nem ajanljuk masoknak sem. Sajnalom hogy a hotel igy all a vendegekhez!!! A hotel hozzászólásához csak még annyit - "Az egész csapat elsődleges célja, hogy minden vendégünknek kellemes tartózkodást nyújtson, és annál is jobban sajnáljuk, ha a végleges benyomása ellentétben áll azzal a pozitív visszajelzéssel, amelyet tartózkodása során adott nekünk." Jeleztem több problémánkat is, de tekintve hogy a recepción az
