## What guests say (Staylist AI overview of recent reviews)
Bias, a women-only Seoul guesthouse where the kind, patient landlady treats guests like family, with amenities from curling irons to sewing kits and K-pop warmth — Hongdae is twelve minutes on foot. One detailed complaint cuts against it: an unexpected per-person charge at the door for a four-person booking, a barking dog, paper-sealed windows that ventilate poorly yet stay bright, no room cleaning, and a checkout rule asking guests to carry out trash. The metro walk drags suitcases.
- Rooms: Cute clean rooms; some ventilation issues.
- Service: Loved by many; one harsh service complaint.
- Location: Residential quiet; Hongdae twelve minutes away.
- Facilities: Girl-friendly amenities, complete to sewing kits.
- Value: A billing dispute was reported once.
- Noise: A resident dog barks sometimes.
- Guests love: Safe women-only feel; Thoughtful amenities; Gentle host for most
- Keep in mind: A serious billing complaint; Barking dog; No daily cleaning
- Best for: solo women, K-pop fans
