- 2/10, 2026-10-18, Nuitée booking guest: "Not a pleasant experience" Didn't like: Bed and pillows were really bad uncomfortable was really awful! The room full of dust couldn’t sleep as coughing due the dust. Was the worst stay I had unfortunately.

We could not breathe thus we had very hard time falling asleep. Carpets were quite dirty, too. The shower curtain was missing.

Pulizia scarsa, tappeti ascensori, camera e scale veramente sudici, portineria e resto del hotel vero regno degli acari, polvere ovunque, sala colazioni piccola e insufficiente, bisogna fare la fila per la colazione in compenso staff colazioni molto gentile e grazioso, colazione buona. Vendono parcheggi che poi non danno, nonostante la disponibilità, dicono che sono riservati, invece rimangono vuoti tutta la notte e ti mandano in un parcheggio a pagamento a 50 ml di distanza. Molto scortesi oltre che sporchi. Pessima esperienza, in circa 30 GG. In Giappone visto niente di simile. Sconsigliatissimo.

Spa separado de hombres y mujeres. El mixto es privado y siempre está ocupado. Comedor colapsado a la hora del desayuno (solo hasta las 9,30). Nefasta elección. Carísimo por lo que es. A veces es mejor pagar un poco més e ir a sitios más exclusivos. No merece la pena.
