We specifically booked a room with traditional Japanese-style futon beds, but the staff refused to help us set them up. Instead of assisting us, they openly laughed at us among themselves, right in front of our faces, until we actually had to ask them to stop. Absolutely humiliating and unacceptable behavior. The room itself was also disappointing. The shower was uncomfortable to use, and there was no way to properly cover the window or darken the room, forcing us to wake up at sunrise. Between the poor room conditions and the incredibly rude staff, the entire experience was extremely unpleasant. Definitely not worth the money. Didn't like: Reservámos um quarto com vista total para o Monte Fuji, sem edifícios a obstruir a paisagem, mas, ao chegarmos, verificámos que o quarto atribuído não correspondia às fotografias nem à vista anunciada. Após reclamarmos, foi-nos proposto outro quarto, mas a situação repetiu-se: a vista estava parcialmente bloqueada por um edifício, cabos e luzes da cidade. Tentámos resolver o problema com o gerente, mas, para além das dificuldades de comunicação, fomos confrontadas com uma atitude rude e desagradável. O gerente insistiu que o hotel estava cheio e que nada podia fazer, chegando a afirmar que as fotografias que tínhamos visto eram fabricadas. Não nos foi apresentada qualquer solução satisfatória, nem houve consideração pela discrepância entre o quarto reservado e o que nos foi atribuído. Acabámos por ficar, sem alternativa, mas muito decepcionadas. O onsen e a experiência do quimono são interessantes, mas não compensam a má gestão da situação e a falta de respeito demonstrada pelo gerente. Escolhemos este hotel sobretudo pela vista para o Monte Fuji e saímos profundamente desiludidas. Didn't like: Arrivés à l'hôtel, ils nous ont annoncé que notre forfait ne comprenait pas le petit déjeuner alors que sur le site de booking, il était inscrit que le petit déjeuner etait dans toutes les options. Nous avons donc du payer nos petits déjeuner jeudi et vendredi a 6400 yen a 2. Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié car il y avait contradiction entre Booking et eux. Ils nous ont dit que notre forfait ne comprenait pas le déjeuner mais dans Booking si vous regardez bien, c'est inscrit que oui. Then we had to queue again to the single elevator and as many other customers had large luggage (as they should, it is their right) the whole process to get to the room added another 15min!!!!! On the other hand, there was an inelastic check-out process at 10am!!!!! and there is an extra charge for 15EUR if you want to checkout at 11am.... Not to mention, they would charge another 15 EUR for a lost room card (actual cost <0,1EUR) that was just forgotten in the room as we rushed ourselves out at 9.45am... Room was TERRIBLY small for its price, and the bathroom was far below average for a... resort. It looked like a single star hotel to me, or closer to a ferry cabin bathroom. The lighting in the room was VERY POOR (single central white light and an additional smaller light next tot he bed).
