No staff speaks English. Not even greeting words. We asked for bottled water, they don't even know what that is. No friendliness at all. Very poor room service. Breakfast was a repeat every day. Didn't like: Fortunately or unfortunately, we won the first prize at the hotel’s Christmas Eve buffet dinner. The prize was their presidential suite. That was the downfall of our stay. The suite was beyond repair. I’m upset that they even offer this as the top prize. The carpet flooring near the entrance into the toilet was torn and worn. The curtains in the living room were hanging loose at some points. Some can no longer close automatically. The huge bathroom had blinds that no longer shuts properly. The room decors badly need to be replaced. This is their top room but such poorly maintained presidential suite, really spoilt our stay. I was embarrassed to ask for switch back to our original room as we requested to upgrade to this room in short notice. On hindsight, luckily, we did.
