Didn't like: It was still under renovation and dirt was everywhere. I arrived at 6pm after an 8hours of commute and yet to find that they offer a room in a building that is under renovation and have no aircon. It was dusty and very unhygienic! They didn’t notify me but instead offer another room in the next building with two split single beds (my original was a queen bed), way smaller room by half and ask me to pay the same price. It was my 1st year wedding anniversary but they completely ruined it!. The boss did not try to reduce the price to compensate for the time, effort and customer satisfaction instead tell me if I’m not happy, to go somewhere else. Yangshuo is a rural country side, and to experience this in late evening also starving is the biggest disappointment. I did not end up staying and travelled a bit further away for my stay.
