I’ll start with the worst : the two other staff members seemed to be extremely exhausted, clearly working more hours than any human should, and the girl serving the food was so impolite , consistent, for two hours of the dinner. Barely talked, didn’t look at us in the eyes, extremely rude. After 2 weeks in Japan I had never experienced this. Then I saw the “under staff” message and I saw what was going on: please hire more people , these employees were clearly exhausted.The whole atmosphere was soulless, uncomfortable. - The room had this extremely moist and old smell , the moment we stepped in, we wanted to leave. - The pillows were so hard, they were closer to rocks , gas to sleep without one - Outside in our onsen, it did not feel clean whatsoever, there was green water all over. Also, rooms are facing a road, which means you went all over to the Japanese alps, to experience road noise instead of peace. We couldn’t believe it honestly. There was no privacy , so you had to accept being naked and people being able to look up at you . No maintenance work is done. There was no hot water neither in a public bath, nor in a private room. Keiseki dinner was served by a person who doesn't care about client. El hotel no vale el precio, está muy descuidado y por fuera parece de la época de la Unión Soviética… La cena ha sido la peor de todo el viaje a Japón. Comida de mala calidad a excepción de la carne y cocinada y tratada con 0 cariño. For the price and comparing it to other onsens we've been to I would say this was completely not worth it. The onsens also looked out to the main street so bathing there was extra uncomfortable.
