In such freezing Tokyo in Feb, when we and the kid returned from a long day out" Didn't like: N/A - 3/10, 2025-12-09, Nuitée booking guest: "Worst attitude of the receptionist and front desk manager ever!" Didn't like: The receptionists were arrogant and unprofessional, the manager was hiding. They refused to let us check in earlier even the room was already cleaned. Worse still, they just let us to wait wait and wait instead of asking us to provide the necessary information upfront so as to save some time when check-in time is due. Indifference and cold manners of the hotel management and staffs don’t deserve the five star ranking and the rate the hotel charges. - 1/10, 2025-12-08, Nuitée booking guest Didn't like: The hotel is a 3 star hotel at best, the staff were hostile to my young child on the 10th floor and racist towards us at the lounge. It was a very awful experience with this hotel as it faces a noise street, the windows are not double glazed so you can hear the music beats at night. In addition, the state of the rooms are dated and old, the hallway looks like an episode of the shining, there’s weird pipe sounds in the walls as well. Overall very negative energy and poor experience!
