De sa att ”dörren kanske gick sönder, det kan hända ibland”. Managern var inte alls tillmötesgående. När jag sa att det kändes otryggt svarade han att ”det finns inget jag kan göra, om du känner dig otrygg kan du ringa till polisen”. There are signs that cause minor inconveniences all over the hotel like "Water only at check-in, no food or drinks in the lobby, no luggage storage after check-out".
