Didn't like: We chose this hotel mainly for the private onsen, and unfortunately it did not meet expectations, especially for the price. The onsen itself was not well maintained. When we arrived, the water was only lukewarm and there was visible hair, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The ceiling also showed peeling paint and significant mold, which was disappointing and felt unacceptable for a property at this price point. By the next morning the water temperature had improved, but overall the experience did not feel properly managed. The room was quite small with a view of a parking lot, and aside from breakfast, most things were self-service. Dinner was available at an additional cost, but quite expensive and not suitable for all dietary preferences. Staff were polite, but the overall service felt limited. We also found it uncomfortable to be asked to take photos during breakfast for marketing purposes. Overall, the value did not match the price, especially considering the condition of the onsen, which was the main reason we booked this stay.
