Mit Abstand das schlechteste Bett, dass wir in bisher 12 japanischen Hotels hatten. Zum Glück waren wir nur eine Nacht da. Wenn man morgens frühstücken will, ist es unmöglich einen Platz zu bekommen, wenn man nicht schon 30min vorher vor der geschlossenen Türe steht (also ca 6.30). Und das vorher weiß. Sonst muss man sehr lange warten, und man verliert sehr viel wertvolle Urlaubszeit. Wir haben das Frühstück dann abgelehnt, obwohl wir um Punkt 7 da waren (der Essensraum öffnet um sieben) hätten wir bis zu einer Stunde warten müssen. Wir haben unsere Frühstücksvoucher an der Rezeption abgegeben, hier wurde nichtmal darauf reagiert. Daraus schlussfolgere ich, dass diese Problematik bekannt ist. Mögliche Lösungen: 1: Man überlegt was Angebot und Nachfrage bedeutet, merkt dann, dass die Vielzahl der Gäste möglichst früh Frühstücken will, und passt dann die Frühstückszeiten an 2: oder man richtet einen ausreichend großen Essenraum ein 3: man informiert die Gäste beim Check in, direkt, dass wenn diese früh Frühstücken wollen, eben vorher schon vor einer geschlossenen Frühstückstür anstehen müssen.
