Didn't like: well, The rooms were just old and boring! yes, i got to see the Mt Fuji view from the room by booking a premier room, but not worth it. honestly! also dont ever go to their resturant- eat outside. you will pay a fortune and get peanuts - 4/10, 2026-03-30, Nuitée booking guest: "Huge disappointment" Didn't like: First the photos in my room choice showed beds. I didn’t notice the detailed description that said “futon beds” which you saw only by clicking read more. Ok so I put up with that since it was in the description and I was too tired to argue. (Bad choice - extremely long and uncomfortable night). Then we went for the included “Japanese style dinner”. I am aware Japanese eat raw fish but not that it should be poor quality. I was given a scrap of sea bream - about one inch square - boiled in water and some sushi that was cut in cubes and warm and mushy, the shrimp were way past fresh and then several minute squares of things I could not describe. Halfway through this culinary disappointment my husband gave up told the waiter we could not eat any of this and we ordered food ala cart which was fairly acceptable. They refused to give any credit or refund for this debacle and were very rude about it. They told us to contact booking as they had nothing to do with the dinner purchase. I will call but I’m sure I’ll get the usual “you need the hotel to give you the refund and they are not answering us “ response that booking is famous for in these cases. Very disappointing. - 4/10, 2025-08-31, Nuitée booking guest Didn't like: Some front desk Non speaking English Breakfast ends 9:30 Small bathroom and showers All of them: https://staylist.world/reviews?hotel=trip-706414 ## Book - Trip.com, this exact hotel: https://staylist.world/api/hotels/trip-706414/trip?k=zQlc9Rbs61TC&via=agent (add &checkin=YYYY-MM-DD&checkout=YYYY-MM-DD&adults=N to open it on the traveller's dates) The traveller picks the room and pays on the booking site, which shows the live price and availability. --- Previously observed price; confirm current price and availability.
