“Tiny but mighty in a residential 15th”
Hôtel Moderniste is a clean, friendly 15th-arrondissement base in a safe residential neighborhood — a café on the corner, supermarket and pharmacy downstairs, and metro five minutes away. The front desk is super nice, even calling taxis at busy hours; small L'Occitane gifts, a free tea-and-coffee corner and a free bar touch charm guests. Rooms are compact yet hygienic and well equipped with decent bathrooms and comfy beds — but genuinely small even by Paris standards, so ask about size first. A very satisfying, well-run choice.
