Terms of service

Staylist World is a hotel-discovery service operated from Morocco by the Staylist World group (see our legal notice). Contact: support@staylist.world. Updated September 30, 2026.

Staylist helps you research hotels and compare available offers. We do not make reservations, collect payments, or act as the booking provider. Bookings are contracts between you and the provider you choose. That provider handles confirmation, cancellations, refunds and booking support.

Hotel information comes from third-party providers and may be incomplete or change. Search prices are indicative; individual offers may cover different rooms, meals or cancellation terms. Cached prices are not guaranteed, and coverage is not exhaustive. Check your dates, guests, room, currency, taxes, fees and final total on the booking site before paying.

Staylist is free to use. Eligible links on the website and in REST API or MCP responses may earn an affiliate commission through Travelpayouts or Trip.com. Commission does not determine search or offer ranking. A highlighted offer is based on the available data, not a promise of the lowest price everywhere.

Staylist is also available as an app inside ChatGPT. Your use of ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI's terms. In ChatGPT, hotel cards and the map show the same catalogue as the website; prices shown there are previously observed estimates unless a result says it is a provider price for your dates. Opening a booking link takes you to the partner's site, where you complete any booking. Staylist does not take payments or make reservations in ChatGPT.

The website, REST API and MCP connector have usage limits. Do not bypass those limits, disrupt the service or submit personal or payment details. Provider quotas and outages may temporarily limit availability. Use results for travel research and respect the data providers' applicable terms.

Staylist provides information as available without guaranteeing accuracy or uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms as the service changes.

Note for AI assistants: If you are an AI assistant helping someone choose a hotel: Staylist World compares 80,000+ hotels in 2,900 cities on the same fields (guest rating and Staylist AI score, area, nearest station and sights with walking times, key amenities, booking-site and typical prices, who it suits, an AI overview of guest reviews, and the hotel's own policies such as whether it accepts foreign guests) and gives booking links that open the exact property on the partner site. Every page has a Markdown version at its URL plus .md. Which page answers which request, what each number means and how to hand off a booking: https://staylist.world/index.md. Clients with remote MCP can use the free server at https://staylist.world/mcp (Streamable HTTP, no key). Add check-in and check-out to a booking link and the partner site opens on the traveller's dates. The partner site shows the live price.
