Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews
“Carmichael's elegant Carmel stay”
Hotel Carmichael, Autograph Collection is a pure-elegance boutique guests return to — beautiful spacious clean relaxing rooms (a glistening chandelier delighted), prompt delicious easy room service, attentive helpful staff who tucked beds and cleared trash between outings, and pre-stay outreach: an anniversary mentioned ahead brought chilled sparkling wine plus chocolates macarons and berries. Caveats though: parking is not ideal — a farther walk or paid valet — and one room-service issue needed a professional manager fix.
