“Amanfayun's Lingyin split”
Amanfayun is a unique tranquil stay for most — old-farmhouse-styled rooms with complete comfortable fittings in the serene Lingyin scenic area, ten minutes' walk to Yongfu and Lingyin temples, first-rate thoughtful meticulous service, considerate shuttle arrangements, and free experiences including a shakuhachi performance, singing-bowl therapy and a wooden-barrel bath; nights sleep peacefully. Perhaps the best hotel experience one guest has had — eleven out of ten. Caveats though: a severe dissent says only the location and environment deserve the Aman name, calling the service not just poor but terrible; and mosquitoes patrol the village paths.
