“Pasadena's ac hotel”
Walkable to restaurants, cafes and the supermarket, AC Hotel Pasadena is a pleasant suite-upgraded stay for many: a new clean tidy modern-warm building, enthusiastic helpful staff and in-place service. Dissents though: a severe housekeeping report — no proactive cleaning, trash left at the door, a five-am ceiling-vent repair waking a guest and earplugs that had to be collected rather than delivered — plus alternate-day cleaning and amenities that run out without refills.
