“Lake Buena Vista base”

A short Uber ride to WDW with a souvenir and convenience store twenty seconds across and outlets thirty on foot, AC Hotel Orlando Lake Buena Vista is a great-experience stay for most: excellent tidy clean rooms, really good service, a genuinely-good breakfast, thoughtful lobby coffee and hot water, and a good gym. Serious cautions though: one guest found the room dirty despite a cleaned claim — dusty sand-covered floor photographed — with merely-okay reception, and another calls the spot awkward with weak transport, the shared multi-hotel shuttle slow, advising booking a Disney hotel next time.

Rooms: Excellent amid a dirty room report.
Service: Good amid an okay dissent noted.
Location: Short ride amid shuttle slowness. The location serves guests well on stays.
Food: A good breakfast plus coffee here.
Facilities: A good gym for guests here.
Value: A return amid the complaints noted.
Cleanliness: Clean amid the dust photo report.
