“AC Biltmore's split”
AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore is a very clean comfortable stay for many — a lovely property in a good location with a spacious comfortable room, a European-style breakfast, extremely friendly front-desk staff, and security cameras over the car park that reassured a guest with a valuables-filled vehicle. Caveats though: a severe dissent calls it the worst experience — no amenities at all, no clean towels or toothpaste, an empty bathroom, and a lazy desk that ignored three room-service calls; rooms lack a microwave; and one discounted room had walls a bit thin.
