“Address Dubai Mall's unbeatable spot, split service”
Address Dubai Mall is a comfortable, real-five-star hotel with a hard-to-beat location — five minutes' walk into Dubai Mall (even via the Chinatown entrance), nice views from the 12th-floor bar and restaurant, a lovely city view, perfect club rooms with excellent lounge access, well-maintained spaces, great housekeeping, and kind helpful staff — Miss Leila earned check-in thanks. Two real complaints: the entrance is hard to find, and one guest found everything besides the location and atmosphere really bad, especially the breakfast buffet; service, though okay, has room for improvement.
