“Somerset Grand's babies”
Somerset Grand Hanoi is a good spacious stay — a convenient location, very friendly helpful staff, a good restaurant, and very spacious rooms perfect for large families, complete with a baby cot, high chair and bath on request — guests advise asking for the wood-floor room so crawlers can roam. Caveats though: the hot-water switch was not explained at check-in which proved troublesome, and the mini-mart was closed for renovation without the information being updated.
