Citadines Gatot Subroto Jakarta is a big, comfortable serviced stay — very clean rooms with perfect views and comfortable beds, quick service, a nice breakfast with Tanamera coffee, the downstairs café serving reasonably good food, strong security throughout, and excellent soundproofing that hid the next-door mosque's calls on floor eleven. Front Office Manager Fajri is thanked for kindly resolving a guest's own booking mistake. Two notes: the room water gallon arrived half-full for five guests, and towels came stained with a mouldy smell — better laundering is needed.
