“KLCC's ascott stay”

In the heart of KLCC — very close to the Twin Towers and their mall — Ascott Kuala Lumpur is a favourite stay for many: a clean tidy very spacious room, complete kitchen amenities, a big pool plus a small kids' pool and perfect-everything convenience. Serious complaints though: a severe rubbish-awful pan, no extra clean pillows, deemed not worth it, plus no tissues in the living room and no Chinese-speaking staff for one guest.
