“New cairo's renaissance”

In a good New Cairo spot with a lobby Starbucks, Renaissance Cairo Mirage City Hotel is a clean quiet excellent stay for many: full facilities, nice food, a gift shop, great gym and swim options and a rich breakfast. A severe dissent though: a not-worth-the-rate report — a lift-mouth room after several swaps, a weak AC whose filthy filter was perfunctorily 'fixed', stained towels and bedding, a slow-draining tub, no water refills after cleaning, an ordinary breakfast and a no-service-awareness bad-attitude front desk; plus a missing convenience store means a trek for supplies.
