“Renaissance's river perch”
Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel is a great excellent-location stay — right by the Chicago River for easy travel, stunning views, accommodating amazing staff and crew, and a great breakfast; guests will return next Chicago trip. Caveats though: rooms run merely average with older facilities, dinner was unavailable sending one guest to a nearby breakfast spot, and staff-directed nearby parking and valet both carry steep daily fees.
