One severe dissent: stained bedsheets found at bedtime, moldy shower corners, a bathroom-glass partition without any privacy curtain, old dirty fittings, a dead nightstand phone, unclear front-desk order with queue-jumping at 8pm, and no butler service — especially bad and not worth the rate.
