“BW Elyon's friendly Colombo stay”
Best Western Elyon Colombo is a clean, comfortable Colombo hotel — well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds, a flexible restaurant, a convenient rooftop coffee bar, and extremely friendly staff (Ritik's speedy help and manager Anthony's family-style warmth praised). The complaints: very bad management per one — small rooms and washrooms below Best Western standard with a broken clothes hanger; an extremely crowded breakfast below western expectations; skip it if you like quiet mornings; it's far from the city; a smelly corridor; and wear shows with age.
