Facing Karon Beach — a few minutes' walk along a lake, a convenience store tens of metres — Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort is an excellent repeat-stay recommend: a beautifully-managed green city resort with three-to-four pools on different levels, a cozy room with a lovely view, responsive sweet friendly staff, quiet non-noisy surroundings, cleanliness throughout and a family room whose two kid pull-out beds impressed. One nit: a second-time booker found cleaning not the same as before.
