“Miraflores centre, one pipe-hum room”
Best Western Plus Urban Larco Hotel sits in the heart of safe Miraflores — two minutes from the beach, Larcomar and a food-filled mall across the street — with extremely friendly courteous staff, great air conditioning, a nice breakfast with eggs cooked to order and decent room sizes. One stay began with an uncleaned room, made up for with an upgraded suite; another drew a room facing a service roof whose pipes buzzed all night, and the window felt unsafe to open. Breakfast is ordinary bread-and-snacks to one, great to others.
