“BW Plus New Orleans Airport's uneven stay”
Best Western Plus New Orleans Airport Hotel is a hit-and-miss Kenner airport motel — friendly chill helpful staff (a cane-using guest was given a tub bench, rails and a near-entrance room beside handicap parking), clean comfortable rooms for repeat guests, and a convenient same-menu breakfast. The complaints: a 5pm check-in found a dirty room — uncleaned bathroom, unemptied trash, a filthy fridge and microwave area; the promised airport shuttle doesn't exist — a 3am flyer had to extend their rental car and was told to call an Uber; another room was dirty with trash, slippery floor and low tissues — the guest slept in a chair; debris under the bed, brown toilet-base stains; and one review called merely 'okay' its maximum praise.
