“Pod Różą's old-town Krakow gem”

Hotel Pod Różą is a fantastic Kraków old-town hotel — a best-in-centre location ten minutes' walk to restaurants, tour pickups and the mall, super clean comfortable good-size rooms, an excellent breakfast (fresh berries, delicious omelette, just-baked bread), a good in-house restaurant and bar, an incredible Roman-bath-look spa with relaxing treatments, and amazing friendly staff; guests extended stays by nights. One complaint: the assigned room matched neither the description nor the photos and felt less luxurious than pictured for the rate.

Rooms: Super clean, comfy rooms; one mismatched photos.
Service: Amazing, friendly and helpful staff members.
Location: The best old-town spot, minutes to everything.
Food: An excellent breakfast with fresh berries.
Facilities: An incredible Roman-bath-style spa is inside.
Value: Good value; one room fell short of photos.
