“Casselbergh's Bruges grandeur”
Grand Hotel Casselbergh is an upscale central-Bruges hotel — great modern clean rooms with comfortable bedding and slippers, a rich fresh breakfast, a sauna and Turkish hammam, a cool cave gym, medieval decor, and underground parking; design and location earn high marks. Caveats though: 5am deliveries woke guests both mornings, room wifi ran poor, a requested double came as two singles, free water stopped after night one, one room faced a wall, the garage lift entry squeezes SUVs, and no terrace sits outside.
