Staylist AI overview · based on 5 public guest reviews
“Beijing service first”
Excellent service from airport pickup onward defines Conrad Beijing: amazing food, a good environment and location, and thoughtful staff who sent mooncakes, a toy bear and desserts on a two-night family stay, plus a butler who pre-arranged a birthday card, room decorations and sweets with timely help throughout. The hardware visibly shows renovation traces, but guests agree service quality carries the hotel.
