“MOA-linked Conrad, touching service”
Conrad Manila wins glowing loyalty — one guest cancelled another booking to extend — thanks to outstanding, accommodating staff who arranged a birthday gift and sang to them in the lounge, proactive turndown, and clean, shining rooms. The hotel connects directly to the Mall of Asia, near the arena, SMX convention centre and IKEA, making it ideal for events; breakfast offers an almost overwhelming choice and the gym is nicely equipped. One caveat: the advertised Manila Bay view actually overlooks a large construction site, which disappointed a reviewer. Otherwise the praise is unanimous.
