“Osaka Conrad split, breakfast rows”
Conrad Osaka inspires both loyalty and fury. Fans call it their go-to Osaka hotel — the lift opens to a stunning view, service is warm and name-remembering, a free hotel driver does local drops, two Chinese managers solved multiple problems, and breakfast is abundant. Critics hit hard: a breakfast booking was denied at the restaurant across visits then admitted as repeated mistakes, a guest arriving five minutes late after queuing lost the meal entirely, forty-first-floor lounge staff were cold, a front desk refused an extra tissue, and one calls it the worst five-star service they have had.
