“Dreamy Samui villas, mostly flawless”
Conrad Koh Samui is described as spiritually beautiful, with Maldives-style overwater-villa vibes, gorgeous views and private pool rooms that delight families. Staff show a good service sense and run a professional operation, and restaurant food is called delicious by most. A few notes surface: one guest found the main restaurant experience poor though praised the Chinese-speaking manager, buggies ran slower in peak season, the basin faucet's force splashes water, and teamwork could still sharpen. Overall guests say they would happily return.
