“Gurgaon's lavish Crowne, pigeon pool”
Crowne Plaza Gurgaon is a conveniently-located hotel with easy mall and main-road access — spacious clean rooms, a super comfortable bed, courteous friendly staff, a lavish wide-choice breakfast, and five-star service that rescued a guest whose original booking cancelled. Real flags: the outdoor pool was full of pigeons (called disgusting), the air conditioning would not regulate below a chill, a room-service risotto arrived overcooked without truffle character, and sheets and towels could be newer.
