“Mall-linked Festival City stay, kind crew”
Crowne Plaza Dubai - Festival City links directly into the mall with bus stops beside it, an easy hop to the airport and good access around Dubai. Rooms are well equipped and clean — dual taps and bathtubs — the hotel is non-smoking with good privacy, and service is lovely: a birthday brought free decorations plus cake, and the pool-bar team earns personal thanks. The breakfast room is cosier and less crowded than the neighbouring InterContinental's, in-room dining is generous and tasty, and the pool and gym are nice.
