“Crowne Plaza Shenandoah's split verdict”
Crowne Plaza Shenandoah - Woodlands Area by IHG earns sharp disagreement — most guests praise the clean comfortable spacious rooms with separate sitting areas, the good steakhouse, a generous happy hour, prompt polite room service, low rates, and welcoming receptionists. Caveats though: a severe report calls it old and dated — not impressed at all — while another found the restaurant floor so greasy every day that shoes slid, the room phone dead, reception calls unanswered, lobby air conditioning out, the TV signalless, and a below-par prime rib.
