“Crowne Plaza Kunshan's family draw”
Crowne Plaza Kunshan by IHG is a clean hygienic hotel popular with families — a pool and kids' playground that free up parents, huge beds, friendly staff (Zhu Zhengyuan praised for a late-night iodine delivery plus proactive water), and a mall next door with dining and play. One stay soured though: security blocked an urgent lobby bathroom stop, east-side road works started drilling audibly near six in the morning, and breakfast resupply lagged during a big conference.
