“Lima's smooth stay”
Nicely located with everything needed, Crowne Plaza Lima is a nice clean well-located stay: fantastic service with smooth check-in, excellent room and front-desk service, helpful staff, a tasty breakfast with lots of choices and a right-spot convenience. A serious report though: one guest got a wrong room type with no notification — the booked type was out despite an eleven-o'clock arrival — and the room smelled bad; the gym also lacks light and has door problems.
