“Crowne Plaza Linyi's touched guests”
Crowne Plaza Linyi Olympic Sports Centre is a beautiful, newly-opened Linyi hotel — brand-new quiet facilities, big spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and air purifiers, a five-star-level breakfast, and warm service beyond expectations: manager Xu Zhuoyue (Janice) pre-communicated a surprise upgrade and gave advance warning plus solutions during a midnight municipal power outage; and when a guest forgot to close their car window, four staff shielded it with umbrellas as rain began — incredibly touched.
