“Crowne Plaza Suzhou's family shine”
Crowne Plaza Suzhou East Taihu by IHG is a clean elegant 2024-opened hotel — thoroughly-cleaned odorless rooms with soft bedding, stable hot water, good lighting and quiet-night soundproofing, a huge children's playground and holiday craft sessions, robot room delivery, good high-floor views, a tasty breakfast (the meat buns stood out), and warm fast staff; Cathy and Hailong earned thanks for instant kids' supplies and rails. Caveats though: one twin room ran small, the executive lounge has declined, and holidays bring crowds.
