“NoMa's citizenm stay”

Five minutes from the metro with a supermarket nearby and Union Station a ten-minute walk, the hotel is a very clean fully-utilised modern stay for some: awesome great service, a new property and a fun nightclub-style lobby mixing coworking, bar games and art. Serious complaints though: trash left outside a door until asked and unclean bed linen — not acceptable for the rate; tiny rooms that fit two only just — one room type only, no upgrade path; no self-laundry nearby; no early-checkout flexibility, unused nights still charged; and a pseudo-chic not-four-star verdict.
