“Courtyard Sheffield's new build”
Courtyard by Marriott Sheffield is a good really new hotel in a still-building new district — clean nicely-designed bright rooms with standard kit, working air conditioning, a nice-size shower, ample free parking (driving is easier), a walkable supermarket, outlet, and fish-and-chips, dog-friendly policies, and friendly welcoming staff; M1 arrivals find it perfect. Caveats though: outside noise carries even on higher floors, and a four-a.m. fire alarm drew only a flat false alarm.
