“Courtyard Sliema's alley gem”
Courtyard Sliema is a clean, quiet Sliema hotel tucked in a small alley — free lobby coffee, ice and water refills all day, a rooftop restaurant with tasty burgers beside a pool, excellent room lighting a guest had rarely seen matched, a beach a few minutes' walk, buses to Valletta and Mdina across the main road, slippers provided (toothbrushes not), a lucky upgrade, and warm staff (Helen at reception praised). The nits: rooms lack sea views and the terrace faces construction, the breakfast room is undersized though the rooftop saves it, fresh fruit ran thin, and daytime construction noise was active.
