Tucked on a quiet non-beachfront corner — a shuttle runs to the busy town — Courtyard by Marriott North Pattaya is an exquisite impressive stay for most: a clean pretty spacious room with a very comfortable soft bed, smiling caring staff from check-in to out, complete amenities across pool and fitness and a varied tasty breakfast. A serious complaint though: one guest reported bad service (a booked king-with-sofa swapped without consent to a connecting twin, cancellation refused for later nights, a final-night sofa-less swap) plus a small gym, few machines and an ordinary breakfast not worth the rate.
